We provide developmental and therapy services for children birth to three delivered in the comfort of your home across San Diego County. Every plan is individualized, family-centered, and woven into the rhythms of your family's day.

  • Physical therapy — supporting motor skills, strength, balance, and movement

  • Speech and language support — early communication, expressive and receptive language, and social development

  • Infant Education — practical strategies you can use in everyday routines

Every plan is built around your child and woven into the rhythms of your family's day.

Pediatric physical therapy

Our physical therapy supports gross motor development: rolling, sitting, crawling, pulling to stand, walking, and beyond. We work on strength, balance, coordination, and quality of movement. Families often come to us with concerns related to prematurity, torticollis, low or high muscle tone, gross motor delay, or simply a feeling that their child is moving differently than expected. Sessions look like play — because for a toddler, play is exactly how movement is learned.

Speech and language support

Provided by our speech-language pathologists and speech-language pathologist assistants, these sessions support early communication: gestures, babbling, first words, combining words, understanding language, and the social back-and-forth that communication is built on. Parents learn simple techniques — narrating routines, modeling words, following your child's lead — that turn everyday moments into language-building moments.

Infant Education

Our early intervention specialists (infant educators) support your child's overall development — early learning, play skills, social-emotional growth, and daily routines — while equipping you with practical strategies that fit your real life: mealtime, bath time, diaper changes, play, and outings. You are with your child far more than any therapist will ever be, which makes you the most important member of the team. No special equipment, no extra hour of 'homework' — just small adjustments that add up.

What a home visit looks like

Visits typically begin with a quick check-in about how the week went. Then we work with your child through play-based activities targeted at their goals, with you involved throughout. We end each visit by agreeing on one or two simple things to practice before next time. Siblings, grandparents, and nannies are welcome to join — anyone who cares for your child can be part of the plan.

Who we serve

We serve children from birth to age three in San Diego County. Children may qualify due to a developmental delay, an established risk condition, or other factors identified in an evaluation.
